Our services
Online Therapy
From the comfort of your own home, we will meet via my HIPAA compliant video connection. You will have the same unique link for each session making it secure and easy to access.
I work primarily with individuals but am also happy to conduct family or partner sessions, if relevant to our work together.
We will start off meeting weekly or bi-weekly according to your goals and availability, and then adjust as needed. I am looking forward to walking this journey with you!
Brainspotting
Have you ever talked about something repeatedly and tried to “work on it” but it still seems to bother you? Maybe you’ve even tried therapy before? You’re not alone! There are some things that go beyond our day-to-day coping skills and require a deeper level of processing. It’s not your fault: emotionally charged experiences simply aren’t stored in the “talking” part of our brain.
Discovered through advanced use of EMDR, Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that can help you identify, process, and release sources of trauma. The session can be done virtually as we work to identify sensations and emotions that are activated by where you look.

The length of time in therapy varies person to person. Some indicators that it may be appropriate to wrap up our time together:
You’ve met the goals we set at the beginning of our work together.
You feel more equipped to handle challenges and manage emotions.
You feel confident in applying the tools and strategies you’ve learned without regular support.
You decide that therapy with me does not seem helpful. In that case, I will work with you to find another provider that might be a better fit.
