Hi, I’m Tori!

I’m so glad you’re here. I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming — searching for someone who understands you, accepts your insurance, and fits into your real life. I understand that process personally, and I believe therapy should feel approachable, supportive, and effective.

My goal is to remove barriers to care by offering flexible, realistic scheduling, accepting major insurances, and using evidence-based therapy approaches that create meaningful, lasting change.

I love working with women who feel pressure to hold it all together — the ones carrying the mental load, showing up for everyone else, and quietly exhausting themselves in the process. If that sounds like you, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy looks like a blend of art and science! The art being our relationship and the science being researched based techniques that I have learned & trained in over time. These include Integrative techniques (compassion and strengths based), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT and DBT), Psychodynamic (person centered), and Somatic (brainspotting). I also have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health. At the end of the day, know that my relationship with you is the most important and the “technical” stuff will just be seamlessly woven into the process.
