Hi, I’m Tori!

In the past five years of private practice, I have had the joy of working with people of various ages and backgrounds. I specialize in helping adults dealing with anxiety, relationships, and family changes. I love supporting women through the unique challenges that arise in pregnancy and postpartum.

How did I land in my specialties? A blend of my personal experiences, a care for helping others, as well as advanced studies and integration of skills. I truly believe that you can only take clients as far as you’re willing to go in your own healing and empowerment.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my daughters (member of the 2 under 2 club!), husband, and dog.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy looks like a blend of art and science! The art being our relationship and the science being researched based techniques that I have learned & trained in over time. These include Integrative techniques (compassion and strengths based), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT and DBT), Psychodynamic (person centered), and Somatic (brainspotting and mindfulness). I also have training in Perinatal Mental Health. At the end of the day, know that my relationship with you is the most important and the “technical” stuff will just be seamlessly woven into the process.
